Today, we’re spotlighting one of the speakers at the event: Naomi Thompson.

About Frederick Abu-Bonsrah

Naomi Thompson is a Legal Innovation Strategist with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of Business, Law, Data, and Technology. A published author and prolific speaker, she began her career as an in-house lawyer and transitioned into strategy implementation and business operations in emerging markets, including serving as Chief of Staff at a Pan-African asset management firm.

Naomi has led legal transformation strategies for major organisations, including delivering PwC’s regional NewLaw strategy in Africa and serving as Senior Vice President at Exigent Group. She now consults with multi-national organisations on legal transformation initiatives.

With a Master of Business Administration from Hult International Business School and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of KwaZulu Natal, Naomi also serves on several boards. Her mission is to inspire others—particularly young women—with the belief that “No dream is too big to achieve.”
