The 2025 AgriTech Challenge Pro, hosted by the Kosmos Innovation Center (KIC) and Mastercard Foundation, wrapped up last week at KNUST Business School, showcasing bold ideas to reshape Ghana’s agricultural sector—and create jobs.

The big picture
- Over two days (May 22–23), 43 teams pitched to a panel of judges known as the Ideation Team.
- The ideas ranged from tech-based farming tools to eco-friendly food innovations.
- Winning teams earned seed funding, mentorship, and entry into KIC’s Business Incubation program.
