Appruve, the identity verification company has officially added Egypt to its network of African countries.
Egypt is the latest country in addition to Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, and Uganda where Appruve is currently operating for data verification.
The company is also in beta testing phase with financial services partners in Francophone and Southern Africa.
Current Services In Egypt
In Egypt, Appruve offers the following features with its API:
- Check for the existence of submitted national ID in the national database.
2. Transliteration of Arabic to English and Optical Character Recognition text capture.
3. Facial comparison and match as part of our document authenticity analysis
4.Liveness checks for the existence of a real person.
Public Launch Next Year
Appruve is planning to have a public lunch next for its Financial API where users can make checks with the Central Bank of Egypt sanction list.
