Bento, a modern payroll startup, has released a new feature called “Inclusive” which allows Bento users to add their domestic workers to their payroll.
With “Inclusive”, users can add domestic staff including maids, drivers, and nannies, and disburse their salaries to an account of their choice including bank account and mobile money.
You can also add benefits (eg. health insurance), a savings plan, and a pension plan for your work staff.
Domestic work staff will be able to view their payslips as well as see their benefits.
The Bento app is available to download on android and iOS devices.
