Starlink, the internet satellite company has officially launched its internet services in the East African country of Burundi.

Consumers in Burundi will now be able to purchase Starlink devices and access the company’s internet service directly from the Starlink website.

Burundi becomes the 17th African country to gain access to Starlink’s services after Zimbabwe went live with the service some weeks ago

Starlink has been rapidly expanding across the African continent with plans to launch in more countries like South Africa before the end of 2024.
