Instagram now lets you repost public Reels and feed posts directly — so you can easily share content you love with your friends and followers. Here’s how:
Step-by-Step Guide:
- Find a post or reel you want to repost (must be public).
- Tap the repost icon (two arrows forming a circle) beneath the post or reel.
- Optional: Tag a friend or add a comment
- Your repost will now be shared to your followers’ feeds.
- It will also appear in the “Reposts” tab on your profile.
Things to Note:
- Reposts credit the original creator automatically.
- Only public content can be reposted.
- You can revisit all your reposts from the dedicated Reposts tab on your profile.
