Africa’s tech leaders to converge in Lagos as the continent’s digital ecosystem enters a new phase

Moonshot by TechCabal is back for its third edition. The continent’s leading tech and innovation conference will gather over 4,000 founders, investors, creatives, and policymakers from 15+ countries at Lagos’ Eko Convention Centre from October 15–16, 2025, all united by one mission: accelerating Africa’s digital future.

Why it matters

After weathering funding slowdowns and economic headwinds, Africa’s tech ecosystem is entering a period of recalibration and momentum.

This year’s theme, “Building Momentum: Africa’s Tech Ecosystem Positions Itself for Its Next Big Leap,” speaks to a sector that’s moving forward — intentionally and strategically.

“Despite the challenges, African founders have persevered and thrived… What we’re witnessing now is genuine momentum, firmly grounded in strong fundamentals,” said Tomiwa Aladekomo, CEO of Big Cabal Media.
