Paystack, a growing fintech from Nigeria, has officially been granted a Payment Services Provider (PSP) Enhanced License from the regulator, Bank Of Ghana.
A PSP Enhanced License grants the Paystack the ability to aggregate merchant services, processing services, provide hardware and software, print and personalise EMV Cards, have inward international remittances services as well as deploy Point of Sale devices.
With this official license in hand, Paystack can officially be able to roll out the above-mentioned services in Ghana.
All fintechs operating in Ghana are required to obtain payment service licenses from the Bank of Ghana in order for them to let their customers access and use their service.
