SMS GH Solutions, which provides SMS and Short Code services has rebranded itself and is now known as Hubtel.
SMS GH has rebranded to Hubtel with a focus on customer service to enable businesses serve customers better, improve communication and manage payments in a simpler and much more effective process.
Hubtel offers various services including SMS and USSD services, bulk messaging and advertising.
Started out in 2005, SMS GH was the first company to launch Ghana’s first web-based mobile campaign management system whereby ‘Keywords’ on SMS short codes was introduced.
Fast forward to 2017, SMS GH has been rebranded to Hubtel and currently operates in both Ghana and Kenya. Clientele of Hubtel include various banks including GCB, GT Bank, Royal Bank and other entities including GCNET.
