Zuberi Is Planning To Launch A Different Approach To Employee Financial Benefits

Zuberi, a startup company in Ghana, is trying something different when it comes to fintech and financial wellness for employees.

The company is planning to launch an all-in-one mobile application and dashboard that enables organisations to offer on-demand employee benefits that employees can use to increase their personal cashflow and improve their financial education.

The startup company launched a private beta in early 2020 to a number of Ghanaian works to better understand the cause of financial stress. After feedback, the company found that most companies don’t offer a financial wellness strategy for their workers which often resulted in high levels of financial debt in which employees take high-interest loans on the market to solve short term issues.

How It Works

One of the major features of the app is that employees of a company signed on, would have the ability to take any amount of their salary in advance.

Zuberi charge employees a transparent transaction fee every time they use our app to access their salary early.

For employers, the startup offers a portal and a mobile app for their Human Resources team to manage their employees on the backend.

Launch

Zuberi is currently in private beta but plans to fully launch in July with some select companies on board for the launch. The company already has a partnership with a major telco on deck.
