AB2020 has officially announced its Tech In Ghana 2020: Virtual Edition which is set for 27th – 28th October, 2020.

The Tech In Ghana London event was sent for June and Accra for the Ghana edition. But after continuous monitoring of the global pandemic, AB2020 decided to cancel both live events and opted for a Virtual Edition which will bring its London and Accra events together for the first time.

The theme for event will be The Power of Collaboration – Impact, Investment & Sustainability. Crises such as COVID-19 highlight the importance of collaborating for long-term success, particularly in regards to digital infrastructure and accessibility.

In addition to Covid, the event will be exploring tech‘s role in Ghana‘s upcoming election; the African Continental Free Trade Area (to which the country will play host secretariat), and of course developments in key sectors such as fintech, agritech, digital commerce and more.

AB2020 will be working with its London venue partners, award-winning law firm Addleshaw Goddard to manage the event online, and to be endorsed by hosts in Ghana – the Accra Digital Centre.
