Uber is rolling out a new feature globally that will allow its customers to see how many five-star ratings they’ve received from drivers as well as view one-star ratings.
Uber’s rating system allows both rider and driver to rate each other on a star rating system. With this system, low-performing drivers and unruly passengers can both be kicked off the Uber platform for bad behavior.
Customers will be able to access a breakdown of their average ratings in the privacy menu settings in the Uber app. The new feature is currently rolling out globally to all Uber users.

Customers can access the Privacy Center and ratings breakdown in the app by going to their Profile, go to the settings menu, and selecting “Privacy”.
