Bamboo, a Nigeria online stock platform, has launched its operations in South Africa. South African users can now use Bamboo to invest in US stocks from their smartphones.

The startup acquired a financial services provider license from the South African Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) and has now gone live in the country.

With their official launch in South Africa, Bamboo is now live in three African countries including Ghana and Nigeria.
