Airbnb has rolled out its biggest update in years. The company is rolling out Airbnb Services, a revamped Airbnb Experiences, and an all-new app—turning your trip into a fully customizable experience, all in one platform.
What’s new
- Airbnb Services: Think hotel-style add-ons—chefs, massages, spa treatments, personal trainers, and more. Launching in 260 cities, with options starting under $50.
- Airbnb Experiences: Now in 650 cities, these hyper-local activities are hosted by vetted locals and even celebrities. New “Airbnb Originals” include anime cosplay with Megan Thee Stallion and cooking classes with Michelin chefs.
- All-new app: Rebuilt from the ground up to book homes, services, and experiences seamlessly. Comes with personalized recommendations, smart itineraries, upgraded messaging, and new tools for hosts.
Why it matters
Hotels offered services. Airbnb offered space. Now you get both—plus curated local experiences, often led by top-tier talent.
“Now you can Airbnb more than an Airbnb,” said CEO Brian Chesky. “We’re changing travel again.”
