Amazon Web Services (AWS) will start charging Value Added Tax (VAT) and other levies on its services for customers in Ghana from March 1, 2025.

The details
- AWS will apply a 15% VAT on all sales of its services in Ghana.
- Customers will also be charged 6% in levies, which include:
- National Health Insurance Levy
- Ghana Education Trust Fund Levy
- COVID-19 Health Recovery Levy
