TheBoardroom Africa (TBrA), a business dedicated to promoting exceptional, diverse talent to board and executive positions in Africa, has published its report on board representation in Ghana and listed Camelot Ghana with the most diverse board.

In its 2024 Board Diversity Report in Ghana, TBrA reported that Camelot Ghana had 60% female representation on its Board of Directors and 76% of women in Non-Executive Director roles.

Other companies in Ghana which had high female representation on their board of directors and non-executive director roles included MTN, Anglogold, Unilever, and Tullow Oil.
