According to 2022 data from Ghana’s Births and Deaths Registry, Hypertension, Pneumonia, and Heart Failure were the top three causes of mortality in Ghana.
There were 2,573 deaths associated with Hypertension, followed by 2457 deaths (Pneumonia) and 2225 deaths (Heart Failure)
