Nambia Ranked 8th Overall In Global Gender Gap Report 2024

Ghana was ranked 88th, up 12 places from last year

The World Economic Forum has released its 2024 report for Global Gender Gap Index. The report benchmarks progress toward gender parity across four dimensions: economic opportunities, education, health, and political leadership.

In its latest report for 2024, Nambia was the highest-ranking African country, placing 8th ahead of Ireland and Spain. South Africa was the second highest, ranking at 18th.

Ghana ranked 88th, moving up 12 places from the previous year.
