Surfline Ghana, an LTE service provider in Ghana, is currently facing a service interruption of its LTE service. Users are currently unable to access the company’s internet service,

The service interruption occurred last weekend when users were unable to connect to service to access the internet.

In a message to customers, Surfline stated that it was working to resolve the issue and customers’ data validated would be extended due to the service interruption. The company has not given a timeline on when the service will be restored.

In 2015, Surfline suffered a service interruption due to fire outbreak at its data centers. Customers were compensated with free data after the service was restored.

The service provider signed a partnership deal with Vodafone in 2017 for use of its 4G service.
