As March unfolds, the world is celebrating International Women’s Month, a time to honor the contributions and achievements of women across various spheres of life.

In the technology industry, where women have historically been underrepresented, there’s a growing momentum towards inclusivity and empowerment.

IWD Mentorship Cohort

At the forefront of this effort is the IWD Mentorship Cohort, an initiative by Wentors aimed at providing guidance, support, and networking opportunities to women in technology. Through this program, experienced professionals in the field mentor aspiring women, offering invaluable insights, advice, and encouragement.

It’s a platform where knowledge is shared, skills are honed, and bonds are formed, fostering a sense of community and empowerment among women in the tech industry.

Women In AI Training Program

In parallel, Wentors also announced the Women in AI Training Program, a collaborative endeavor between Wentors and Flapmax. This innovative initiative seeks to equip women with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence. Through a series of workshops, seminars, and hands-on projects, participants will gain practical experience and expertise in AI technologies, empowering them to make meaningful contributions to the field.

They are partnering with Datacamp to provide learning and upskilling opportunities specifically tailored for women in tech. From coding and data analysis to machine learning and cybersecurity, these comprehensive courses offer women the chance to expand their skill sets, enhance their career prospects, and stay ahead in an ever-changing industry.
