WhatsApp Now Allows Users To Use Your Account On Multiple Phones

By Joseph-Albert Kuuire 1 Min Read

Today, WhatsApp is introducing the ability to use the same WhatsApp account on multiple phones.

With the update, users will be able to link their phones as one of their four additional devices on the web, tablets, and desktops.

If a primary device is inactive for a long period, WhatsApp will automatically log you out of all companion devices.

WhatsApp Business account owners can now have additional employees respond to customers directly from their phones under one account.

This update has started rolling out to users globally and will be available to everyone in the coming weeks.

WhatsApp will also allow users to enter their phone number on WhatsApp Web to receive a one-time code to enable it to be linked. This will be an alternative to scanning a QR code.
