Ho Node Hub To Host Inspirational Series “Sundown” On February 2nd

Ho Node Hub has curated “Sundown”, a platform that would provide a safe space for achievers in our community to engage young people in an authentic life sharing conversation about their journey to greatness.

The first edition of sundown comes off on Sunday, February 2, 2020, at Ho Node Hub (Off bob Coffie hostel) from 3 PM to 6 PM. Sundown is a fireside-style event that encourages an authentic oral sharing of life and business lessons of successful people in our community.

As an innovation hub, we believe in the power of storytelling to change mindset and culture,” said Brian Dzansi Dzidefo, CEO, Ho Node Hub. “Heroic stories have been passed on orally from our forefathers from generation to generation by the fire-side at sunset. We believe such a platform would provide an intimate space for great achievers to demystify their untold success and failure stories that would inspire and provoke a younger audience to action.”

The first edition of the Sundown features Mr. Dzamesi Joseph, an astute entrepreneur who is the CEO of one of the best private educational institutions in the Volta Region, Sonrise School in Ho. Mr. Dzamesi is currently the National General Secretary of the Conference of Heads of Private Senior High Schools in Ghana and a Past President of Rotarian Club of Ho.

Sundown event would be three segments taking inspiration from how the sunsets:

Orange segment (3 – 4 PM). Story Time: Speaker shares personal success/failure journey with the audience

Magneta segment (4- 5 PM). Candid conversation:  A moderator engages the speaker on his story to draw out lessons for the audience.
Benjamin Aklama, the Volta Regional Correspondent of CITI FM/CITITV, would host the first edition of the sundown magenta segment.

Black segment (5 – 6 PM.) Chat with the audience: Sundown audience directly engages the speaker with questions and comments.
The audience for the Sundown is carefully curated to encourage deep conversation and action after the event.
