In a continued effort to make healthcare more accessible and personalized for all Ghanaians, DrDoGood is proud to announce a collaborative health outreach with Father’s House Community Chapel, taking place on Saturday, April 19th, 2025, at the Manmomo AstroTurf, Adentan.
This community outreach event will provide free health screenings to over 1,000 residents, offering vital checkups and early detection services to improve overall health outcomes.
As part of the screening, participants will have access to services ranging from blood pressure and glucose checks to BMI analysis and medical consultations with healthcare professionals.
In addition to contributing to the on-ground screening efforts, DrDoGood will pilot its cutting-edge VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) consultation technology, a major step in transforming access to care in underserved communities. This pilot initiative aims to bridge the gap in post-screening care and specialist access by enabling follow-up consultations via phone or internet calls.
To support this effort, DrDoGood is giving out a total of GHS 75,000 in consultation credits to participants of the screening. These credits can be used for virtual consultations after the outreach, ensuring that those who require further medical attention are not left behind.
A key feature of this system is its AI-powered routing engine, which analyzes a patient’s profile and health concerns to match them with the next available doctor most suited to their condition. This ensures fast, efficient care that is both timely and relevant, improving the quality of follow-up consultations and reducing wait times.
